1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY & PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New Condition:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- We accept returns for both defective products (damaged/incorrect items) and non-defective products (change of mind).
3. RETURN METHOD & SHIPPING LABEL
All returns are handled by mail.
- Return Shipping Label: For your convenience, a prepaid return shipping label is included in the original package.
- Return Shipping Fee: There is No Cost (Free) for returning items, whether the product is defective or you changed your mind.
4. EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and contact us to secure your replacement.
5. RESTOCKING FEES
- No restocking fee will be charged on any returns.
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund Period: It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be fully processed and credited back to your original payment method.
